101th Post!!

Hahaz... actually wanted to make special note on my 100th post... but apparently i overshot hahaz... YAY!... this is my 101th post on this blog hahaz...

Things are going erm... well.... for me lately...

Firstly, IM OFFICIALLY PROMOTED!! hahaz... well... didnt waste my time studying... hahaz... but seriously.. my econs is the best out of my 4H2s and i didnt really study for it hahaz... anywayz.. i haf to drop one coz my results isnt convincing enough for the teachers to let me keep my 4H2s... i tink i shud be dropping econs ba... bcoz i wanted to drop maths but my frens warn me dont do tt... so nvm lor... they sahll tutor me everything until im damn good at maths hahaz.... anywyaz i will still be in the same class nxt yr so wadever, drop den drop lor... its not as if i wont see the subject again... its just dwngrading from H2 to H1...

Secondly, i got my HSK results bk!!... vewi good de.. i got a A cert... actually this is kinda expected.... all 4 ppl from my class who went all got As hahaz... but i haf the hgihest score!!... i scored full marks for listening and the lauguage sections... i haf a total of 388/400 hahaz... but the cert wrote 中等水平 in translation for intermediate level... so i a bit bu shuang when i saw it hahaz.... anywayz im still happy, and tts probalby the thing that kept my spirits up even when i haf to deal with the dwngrading thing hahaz

Lastly, Choir pracs with the new ppl!!... altho jiening tell me last nite she dun wan to join le... but nvm.. we still got alot of ppl.... and the new tenors are great.. .they are damn frenly and they can sng damn well too hahaz... one of them can even match up wif ph boon's volume... dats impressive hahaz... but we feel like now choir a bit diluted and weesan is living in hell coz she cant stand some ppl hahaz... anywayz... during combined we the oldies have to stand at the back row... den when i was scanning the back row.. it feels like home as compared to the front, even tho zp was in the bk row hahaz... now got more ppl in choir le... so the oldies seem to become vewi tight all of a sudden... after pracs we still stayed in the room for an extra hour juz to talk crap scream and shout hahaz... it was fun.. and we shud do tt everytime after pracs hahaz...

Well.. gonna watch 宫 now hahaz... its damn hao kan hahaz....

Wel.. todae the last dae for auditions for choir...

SO MANY PPL TURNED UP!!!

so now we haf like 18 ppl on probation in choir now... which means we haf 38 ppl in choir now... alot rite hahaz... the SGC thing is really good la hahaz... Well.. hope can get gold nxt yr... den can go OVERSEAS!!

of course for any 'good' situation comes bad incidents... Well... the ppl i saw todae isnt really the kind of ppl i will hang out wif la... and apparently i haf to mix wif 3 more tenors.. and seriously... thier first impression kinda makes me bu shuang... but hey wadever.. more ppl is 'better' rite...

Well... the new ppl from my class are adapting well in choir... dats good hahaz... so dun haf to worry abt conflicts that puts me in a difficult situation... but for some... haiz... really hope they can make us accept them ba hahaz...

And todae choir prac vewi happy.... u shall guess why....

Well... feeling sian... chinese As is like damn close... yet i feel NOTHING... no stress... no pressure... no overwhelming excitement... i feel like im juz living life as it is hahaz....

anywayz... i tink its hari raya tml... so SELAMAT HARI RAYA.... i tink....

Contradiction

Contradiction.... dats wad im feeling now... thats also what quite a number of ppl in choir are feeling too... We are happy that we are getting more members to our choir coz honestly, our choir is really small... but we are balanced hahaz... on the other hand, we are afraid that as more ppl get in bit by bit into choir, the strong bonds (maybe one of van der waals forces) that we had built up over the last 6 to 7 months will be diluted... like wee san and wenqi said... when christine juz came in.. it took us quite a long time to get used to her and form such a strong bond with her, so it might be hard for us to accept many new ppl in such a short period of time... haiz... dats y the contradiciton ba...

Anywayz, we are vewi close de... since our choir is so affectionate, the new members is definitely gonna be bonded wif us sooner of later de... juz hope we dun get more drama.... coz the "drama" we are have now is enough...

So... more abt my life ... went for practice wif WE todae... vewi fun... but the songs damn hard... never thought christmas carols were so challenging hahaz... anywayz... these are good training for me to open up my range hahaz... must jiayou!!... i can do it de hahaz...

Everytime after this kind of sundae pracs ill feel vewi sian... coz nxt dae got sch... i finally understand y god made sundae the dae for rest le... cos if my sundae is vewi busy... ill feel tired and sian to look forward for the nxt dae.. which is wad im feeling now... unbalanced hahaz...

Well... hope dat i can see more familiar faces in choir... hope to see my classmates get into choir!!.... choir is fun!!... but dun join bcos of ppl pressuring you... join onli if u really like singing hahaz...

Feeling Lots Happier

I Passed Promos!!... tho my results werent too good as compared to other ppl... but wad the heck.. i passed...

• GP: Got improve... i passed my summary ... YAY!!... i got a C YAY!!
• Maths... onli things i failed... i failed when everyone was getting As and Bs... felt demoralised but hey... its a S... not a U.... means got improve lor... tho not a god one hahahz
• Econs:... I Cant Believe that i Passed!!!... i got a D... I Passed Econs leh...
• Chemistry: Stagnant... noimprve... no deprove... same percentage somemore.. 52.5%... D
• Physics:... Now this is unbelievable... iscored higher for Phy den Chem... i got a C for phy leh
• Chinese:.. Screwed up... wrote my essay out of pt... teacher was kind enuf to gimme 6 marks hahaz...anywayz will still passed either way coz my compre marks was 39.5/50, so even if i get 0 for compo... ill still get 39.5/80... which is still a pass hahaz

YAY!... i from got onli 2H1 passes and 1 H2 Pass fro mMid Yrs to

2H1 passes + 1 H2 Subpass [=1 more H1 pass] + 3H2 passes... hahaz... i PASSED PROMOS!!

and Saturdae got class outing... although maybe i gave up on this class le... dun feel excited AT ALL... but i can get away from choir prac in the ulu ulu place so ok lor...

Sundae im oging out wif my twinie, kaibin, janice, mama to buy present!!... Somehow this feels so much more exciting then the class outing hahaz...

Gosh... the haze is SIAO one lor...

PSI was at 130 when i woke up todae... which was without alarm and still it was 10 something so i was pretty amazed hahaz... CUrrently the PSI is at 150... SIAOZ...

Todae Guai Guai Stay at home... never go out... coz i was SOOOOOOOOO bored arh... i turned to playing pokemon hahaz.... really hope the pearl and diamond versions can work so i can start poke - ing hahaz....

My mummie is deciding on opening her maid agency.... im SOOOO Supportive of that... its abt time she went back to her line!!.... Mummy... JIA YOU!!!

And todae i finally cleared the thing that had been on my to do list for a veri long time le...

中秋节 Mid Autumn Festival

Todae the moon vewi nice...round round de... but colour abit wierd... reddish brown colour de... veri qi guai hahaz....

todae we went back school do notice board... its the usual study gang... Me, Wee San, Christine, Kaibin, Jun Xian, Derek, Yasi, Janice... we like vewi funny lar...

we spent like the first 3 hours playing in the music room... piano, use speakers to play ipod... play with a pink colour pool toy hahaz... learn body wave... and we were like all facing the wall when juliet came in... so funny lar hahaz... imagine walking into a room full of ppl doing body wave facing the wall...

i feel accomplished todae... todae i was exercising wif janice and junxian in the music room... i did 100 sit ups YAY!.. tot my old body cannot take things like that liaoz hahaz...

Anywayz.. after that we go buy mooncakes and ate them at the parade square... LEO joined us... which was damn cool... though he didnt eat any mooncake cos he got sore throat... no wonder his voice is even deeper than usual... Den time flew pass as we were singing, watching the moon, laughing, telling jokes... tok crap... den it was too hazy so we went back to the music room... where we onli stayed for a while and went back home...

Before we went home, joshua and juliet sent us messages telling us not to play till too late... go home... wah... suddnely feel so loved hahaz...

But really... the haze is really scary... i got pix to prove my point... but if u nid more evidence... juz look out of ur window and see if u can still see anything...



Can see the haze?... super scary lor... everywhere smells like bbq hahaz...

Finally...

Finally all over... no more muggin'... no more worries... all gone... because PROMOS ARE OVER!!!

actually promos was done yesterdae but as you can guessed it... i fell asleep before i remmebered to blog hahaz... so this post.. hmm... probably will be used to sum up my torturous promo journey...

Promo Day 1: GP and MT paper...

GP + Chinese Paper... sounds heavy... but i would sae its the lightest combo we are having... the only drawback is that haf to bring dictionary to school... I thot that stuffing my jacket into my bag is too extra cos my dictionary is heavy enough.. and im oso bringing stuff to study after the papers.. so i chose to test the coldness of the hall... i tot.. how cold can the hall be...

Well.. the first 1.5 hour was still ok... quite comfortable ill even sae... den at the 2nd hour... the coldness began to set in... by the end of the third hour... my fingers were frozen... and the worst thing is... i still haf another 3hr paper after this one... i could feel my nails cracking...

therefore... jacket is a MUST for examinations....

Promo Day 2 and 3, and 4: Study Leave 1 and 2, Arts Paper...

These daes were cool... studied wif my Choir peeps... they are so cool...they are one of the main reason why i dun think JC life = No Life... Although i would sae our productivity is like erm... 15% maybe... but i still managed to study most of my stuff... and actually got many things in my head... so still ok la... During these 3 daes... well... a few words can sum it all up...

Bubble Tea, Study, Coloured Pens, Laughter, Night Sky and ... Abnormalites...

Those who know me would have known my jointless index fingerS... and being able to bend my arm a bit more than you all can... well... the choir ppl found that amazing... and to top it all off... my choir mummie (Christine) can do that too... yup... 我是亲生的!!

After all of these... we would lie down on the parade square at night... staring at the night sky... although there isnt much to see... but its damn relaxing la... hahaz...

Promo Day 5: Maths and Chem Paper3...

well.. maths turned out much better than i would have expected.. though i didnt feel that way after hearing other ppl talk about the paper... must pray teacher give me lots of method marks... Wee san cried after maths paper... which totally freaked me out... and she cried after her H1 chem papers too... she was damn stressed lar... MUZ RELAX LOR....

Chem paper 3 was killer... didnt have enough time to finish... and even if i had enough time.. i doubt i will know how to finish it hahaz...

Promo Day 6 and 7: Weekends!!

Well.. weekends... sounds fun rite.. well... i went back school to study... Saturdae was as per usual.... speakers.. the same table... same ppl... and same size?!?

See... i juz found out Wee san and i are really the same size... besides my shouder is broader than hers and hers is hgher than mine... our feet are of the same size, so is our hands, length of our thighs, sheen, even arms.... FREAKY.... but cool... so now shes not onli my Choir Sis.... Shes now my Choir Twin!!

On Sundae the side gates werent opened... so i had to ocme by the main gate... i was carrying a very heavy bag, 3 sets of Filet O Fish takeaways... Student meal UPSIZED... and riding a bus which turns at every stop to the Nanyang Main Gate... the drinks nearly toppled... Lucky im
身手敏捷.... if not everything spill liao lar....

Anywayz... when we were studying... some ppl from the atrium were singing 童话... vewi awful.... when i was moving step by step towards there... i couldnt help but fall from laughter hahahahahahahahahahahahahz.....

SO FUNNY....

Promo Day 8: Physics paper 3 + Econs

Kinda killer... but still... not the worst...

I dunno is it bcos i was kinda prepared... or the papers were easy... i had 5 minutes left for each paper... hope can do well!!... physics was kinda easy... topics i touched came out... topics i ignored didnt came out... so heng lor.... So now... muz pray!

Promo Day 9: Study Again

Vewi unproductive on that dae... kept talking and laughing... nothing went into my head... but lucky those that were in are still in... i cant even remember wad we laughed about... juz remembered that we kept on laughing and laughing and laughing...

Laughed until i was so damn tired that day... went home and slept real fast...

Promo Finale: Chemistry Paper 1 and 2 + Physics Paper 1 and 2
